John had the privilege of speaking at this year's Aspen Ideas Festival last week on Redesigning Leadership. Lots of good questions from the crowd about the limits of social media in managing an organization. One participant brought up the central challenge of scaling relationships: social media makes this promise, but doesn't always deliver.
